iPad and iPhone apps for fashion forecaster WGSN
Enhancing brand loyalty through technology
WGSN, the world's leading fashion trend forecaster, has a loyal subscriber base of over 38,000 industry professionals. In 2012, in order to keep their members happy whilst their website underwent redevelopment, WGSN wanted a stop-gap solution that would put the sought-after and exclusive data in their customer's hands.
Whilst the company was going through an internal organisation and updating their website, we were tasked to design and develop two iOS apps in time for launch to coincide with New York Fashion Week. These apps serves to remind their subscriber base of the brand and also a little something delightful for their members as they experience New York Fashion week.

For the iPad we designed and developed WGSN 365, a global events calendar app. It features worldwide events such as international fashion weeks, catwalks and trade shows, awards and conferences. Alongside these industry dates are must-see cultural events around the world.
We designed the app to be style-focused and visually rich, with an intuitive user interface. Users can access the data via dates, location or event types, and they can save it directly into their personal calendar.
The second app we developed, CityEdit for iPhone, is a city by city guide that helps travelling fashion professionals plan out their trips across all major industry destinations, enabling them to get the best out of their trips.
