The Fiinect platform aims to transform the private investment landscape by creating a centralised hub where businesses can seek capital and investors can discover opportunities. The platform will support dual user types—Investors/Investees and Service Providers (professionals like freelance solicitors and accountants) — allowing for flexible interactions. Key features include user management, a deal room for organising investment opportunities, and a marketplace for service providers, where experts can offer their services. The MVP will also incorporate subscription-based access levels (Basic, Premium and Business), a secure payment gateway, and essential security measures to ensure user safety. This innovative approach seeks to democratise access to private investment, streamlining the process for all participants.
